How to use stickers?

How to use stickers to communicate with other staff members:

If a patient or resident is at risk of falling, exhibiting outward aggression, in isolation, or assigned to a specific caregiver, you can mark this on the overview with a sticker. This can be useful, particularly if there are new staff members or substitutes on duty who are not familiar with the resident.

Selecting a sticker on a computer or tablet

  1. Click on the resident's person card.
  2. If you click on the dropdown under the residents name or room number. The possible stickers will appear, and you can choose the label that makes sense for the resident in question. For example, you can click on 'at risk of falling’. You can pick up to three stickers.
  3. The selected sticker will appear in the top right corner of the resident's person card.
  4. If you need to remove a sticker, you simply click the same place as when adding the sticker. On the side panel and then select 'No status'.

On mobile

If you need to add a sticker while being on the mobile app, click on the resident in question. Then you can scroll down until you find the heading: 'Sticker Picker'.

Clicking on the arrow will display the possible stickers, and you can choose the sticker that makes sense for the resident in question. Afterwards, click on 'Confirm selection'. For example, you can click on 'Fall risk', and thereafter, the selected sticker will appear in the top right corner on the resident's person card, just like on a computer or tablet.

To remove a sticker, you simply click the same place as when adding the sticker for the resident and choose 'No status' and afterwards 'Confirm selection'.
