How to get a new access code

We use login codes to verify that the mobile device is accessed from the correct customer and location. This helps us protect sensitive information about the residents and ensures that only authorised users have access to the system.

If you need a new login code, please contact your customer success manager to generate a new one for you. After this, you will be able to logon and 'start shift' as usual.
