What to do when a resident has passed away
The procedure will vary from client to client, but if you inform us about who has passed away (name and room number), we can deactivate the sensor in question.
For some clients, we will move the sensor to a new resident, while for others, the sensor will remain in the room, ready for when a new resident moves in. We arrange this with your technical departments, so there is no need for concern if you are a daily care employee.
