What do we do when a resident/patient has passed away?

Each organization may have their own policy, but in most cases, we suggest that the community leader disable the sensor in that apartment, until a new resident is ready to move in. When disabling the sensor, you'll be able to select a reason - such as 'unoccupied'. 

Depending on your permission level, sensors may be disabled from the mobile app as well.
