The support page gives you access to our support chat, where you can write directly to us. On top of this, we provide access to our latest releases and any regular updates sent from our team.
We encourage you to write to us with any ideas, problems, or comments that you might have. It is accessible to you on both the mobile and the desktop app.
Where to find the Support Page
Mobile
- Click on the ‘Support’ page on the bottom navigation bar
- Once you are on the page you can read previous messages and by tapping ‘type a message’ you will open the phone keyboard so you can write your message.
